Sara Meg Nielson, B.A., J.D. Hurrah!

BYU Law School Graduation

It seemed like it took forever but it really only took six semesters, two summer internships, many finals exams, hours and hours of reading and so many hours worrying that you can't count them.  Sara graduated with her Juris Doctorate degree from Brigham Young University Law School.  She did it as she does everything,  full on, with everything she has.  She never went to class unprepared even if it meant propping her eyelids open with tooth picks.  I think there was some  rap music involved also.  She sacrificed some time with Luke, but made it up to him with lots of sushi, movies, and trips to Disneyland, a trampoline, and a couple of bikes.  He didn't suffer at all!  She is now employed at Parr, Brown, Gee and Loveless in Salt Lake and preparing to take the bar in August.  Next is moving to Heber City to live close to Carrie so Luke and Tyson can be brothers.    The two old people in the picture  couldn't be more proud of her.  She was asked by her fellow students to speak at graduation.  She says it was because most of them didn't really believe that she could talk.  Which might be true, but probably more true was that she was an inspiration to all of them.  Jennie has her speech recorded and is planning to send it to all of us.  When she does, I will post it here.  Be prepared for tears!  Not Sara's of course, but yours.
