More Pumpkins

We live in the pumpkin capital of Utah. There are fields of pumpkins everywhere. Luke's kindergarten class went on a field trip to a pumpkin farm. It just so happened they they picked a field just down the rode from our house. I went over to the farm to pick him up when they were ready to load up to go back to school. I was a little early so I watched for a few minutes. The teacher gave them all a clip board. They were to do a survey. They were to find pumpkins of all kinds. Yellow, orange, big, round...etc . It was fun to see them all with their clip boards and pencils making tally marks, running around and laughing. The teacher is very calm and kind. I guess you have to be to be a kindergarten teacher.
After they handed in their clip boards they lined up for a picture. Luke was sitting in the front with some boys. Then he jumped up and climbed up to the top row and sat by a little girl. He was laughing and talking with her. Later I asked him what her name was and he said "Sarah ". I think he is just a little smitten with her. He is a lady's man!
