Playing with the Myers kids and Yard Additions

We are not much competition for Cameron and Carson but we had a fun time at the park by Sara's house. Just look at those beautiful mountains.

Carson has good form. Yes, that is still snow on the top of that mountain.

There is sand in the sandbox now and sand digging toys.

These are our version of "square foot gardening" We didn't do it exactly right, but our seeds are germinating and our tomato and squash and pepper plants are still alive. We have installed a combination drip and sprinkler system to make watering easy. We still need to install the apparatus that the tomatoes and squash are going to grow on, but we don't need it quite yet. According to the book, we shouldn't have weeds, so it should be the ideal garden! We'll see.

Amy said "you know what this yard needs? A trampoline. Right in that corner". An hour later, there was one. Just like magic!

The shadows on his cheek are from his eyelashes! Really! This is Carrie's Tyson. He looks like he could be a son of Dan and Emma Rollins, doesn't he? The blonde eye brows and freckles. Well, that is because he is related in a couple of ways, but that is a story for another time!

Sister's celebrate!

Cheryl is 40 so you know how old I am. I try not to think much about it since there is nothing I can do about it. I might dye my hair tomorrow.

Carlie , Zachary and #2

Thursday night, Cheryl and Carlie and Zachary flew in from Texas where Zack entertained everyone around them. Friday morning, Jennie, Allie, Chase and Conner came from Blackfoot. Carrie and Reese came down from Heber, Amy and Lucy from SLC and we all met at Sara's in Springville. All the girls but Kim and Kendall were able to come. We shopped, and went to lunch and then shopped some more and went to dinner!

Luke in Jennie's fancy stroller. Allie and Jennie had a dance competion on Saturday in Salt Lake. Allie's team took first. Allie is a great dancer and Jennie is a terrifice mom of a dancer. Allie's bun was tighter than anyone's!

Reece and Carrie love to shop. They know all the good stores.

Cheryl had to have her sisters approval of all purchases. She can't be trusted with style. She is partial to bows and things like that.

I don' t seem to have a picture of Sara. She was always in the dressing room. She missed the lunch on Saturday to go a law school end of semester party.

Why do we color eggs?

I really didn't know the answer. Why do we color eggs? Why is there an Easter bunny? Luke really didn't want an answer, he just wanted to ask the questions. I woke up this morning nose to nose with Luke and his grin telling me the Easter bunny had come in the night and brought candy and Star Wars toys and had hidden all the eggs but Mom had helped him find all of them again.
